60. KingOfTheRing: I'm a huge fan of GGG, but Mayweather (at least in his prime, GGG would probably beat him now) would outbox GGG. He definitely wouldn't knock out GGG, but he would outbox him. GGG had a hard time against Canelo, and although I believe that he did win that fight, his actual boxing ability isn't anywhere near Mayweather's level. Mayweather decimated Canelo without breaking a sweat, and this was after he had been inactive due to a hand injury. Like him or not, Mayweather was definitely the best of his era and probably the best technical boxer ever (though my favorite of all time is Ali) and he would definitely outbox GGG. GGG is a pressure fighter who likes to keep close to his opponents and corner them, and Mayweather was virtually impossible for the best boxers to corner and his reflexes are inhumane. I like Mayweather, but I like GGG better, but I know that Mayweather would have outboxed him. That being said, you also have to consider that they are both in different weight classes, so it wouldn't be a fair fight either way anyway. Mayweather is a natural welterweight, and usually boxes under 150lbs. GGG boxes at around 170lbs, and if either one attempted a weight change like that, it would put them at a severe disadvantage. I mean, could you imagine Mayweather fighting at 170 or GGG fighting at around 145?

But lets get one damn thing straight, its not Canelo dodging GGG, its Golden Boy (they want to milk the cow as much as they can). But what they dont understand is, win or lose to GGG, as long as Canelo puts on a good performance and the other way around with GGG putting on a good performance. Its a win win for both. I am also a GGG fan, so when the fight happens in September or even December this year, may the best man win. And for those wanna be called boxing fans, talking trash on both sides, grow up and just love the sport and respect the fighters for what it is. You guys have probably never even been in a ring, let along in a fight to feel what a good body shot feels like (painful as fuck).
